Back in September, Inrate published its annual zRating Study. This is the 14th time since 2009 that a corporate governance ranking has been compiled for 171 listed Swiss companies. The assessment is based on our catalogue of criteria and information from articles of association, annual reports and decisions taken at general meetings (AGMs). This year’s winner was Orior. The food group wins ahead of Swisscom and SGS.
